I have a QNAP 419 NAS. Due to power saving concern, I have enabled the HD standby mode. However, the status LED does not be off even the HD seems to be at sleep mode.
I therefore google and find a script called blkdevMonitor.sh
I am going to test my HD status with it tonight.
