Back to REAL programming

Recently, I am finding a job. I need to "jump down" to lower position and salary. This is what I am expecting now. It is because I am losing the beat of IT industry in HK... I did too much R&D work... It did not help me to earn more money unless for large investment. Moreover, I am working away and away from programming side, I need to keep the beat. The best way I believe: Back to REAL programming!

To my last job, I was employed as a Senior System Analyst in a 4As company. (To be honest, I requested and expected I was SA...). I am sure that I will NOT working in advertisement firm anymore because they are not really understand (and respecting) Information Technology. I may understand why they did it, but sorry, no more to me.

Now, my new target of job position is Analyst Programmer. From recent studying, I find that I am very OUTDATED. So, I need to study hard!
My first subject is: latest J2EE, need to handle it asap.
